He studied cinema and video direction in the “Académie de Dessin et des Arts Visuels de Molenbeek-Saint-Jean” (Brussels-Belgium). During the same period, he has been involved in the establishment of the “Théâtre Hellénique de Belgique” where he accomplished his first theatre direction in 1994, putting on stage Alekos Galanos’s play “Red Lanterns”. His work as a director includes more than 30 theatre, music theatre, interdisciplinary performances, and operas, such as “Carmen” (Greek Music and Theatre Critics Association award, 2010), “The Barber of Seville”, “Magic Flute”, “La Traviata”, “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”, “Romeo and Juliet”, as well as intercultural creations all over Europe, such as “Un-Label”, “Verflüchtigung”, “EUtropia” and more.
